These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ShowtimeProp CRM platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By registering or using ShowtimeProp, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the Service

ShowtimeProp provides CRM tools and integrations for commercial management, communications, and automations related to the real estate business and related activities.

3. Account and Access

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out under their account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Permitted Use

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Service lawfully.
  • Not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with external providers (e.g., Google). The use of such integrations is also governed by the policies and terms of the respective third-party provider.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service for technical, security, or business reasons, and will endeavor to notify users of significant changes when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the software, trademarks, designs, content, and documentation of ShowtimeProp belong to the Company or its licensors. No transfer of intellectual property rights is granted through the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowtimeProp shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of the Service.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or that pose security risks to the platform or third parties.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the current Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mar del Plata, General Pueyrredon.
